"Fast Delivery and Nice Packaging"
The delivery was super quick, and the packaging was done really well with great attention to detail. The earrings look lovely, but I was hoping for a tad better quality considering the price.

"Top-notch customer support"
I ordered a necklace that turned out to be shorter than what was advertised. The email communication was friendly and quick. Mistakes in production can occur. They sent me a new necklace with the right length, and I was able to return the one I got, with the shipping cost refunded. I'm really pleased with how they dealt with the situation. It did require a bit of patience since the process took a little while, but honestly, I think that's a good thing these days.

"AVE HOOPS Replacement Experience"
About a year and a half back, I got myself a pair of AVE Hoops, but one of the earrings broke or maybe the pin just fell off. I reached out to Jukserei because I wanted to buy another AVE Hoop (not a full pair since the other one is still good). Their customer service was super nice and sent me a single AVE Hoop at no cost.

"Fell short of what I hoped for"
I've made two purchases from this brand, and each time I found myself sending stuff back. The first order was a letdown since the gold plating looked way too yellow for my brown hair and light skin. The second time around, they sent me the wrong products altogether. Gotta say, I'm not really happy with their service.
